With this pack comes more connectivity. When an item is lost, the individual can mark it as lost on their phone. If any other member of the community comes within range of the item, the phone will recognize the sticker and a notification will be sent to the owner with the location. This allows Institutions to have access to each sticker but only allow individuals to locate their own items. *this is on top of the normal features*
